Confirmation Registration Requirements:
- Complete online Confirmation Registration form
- Sign up for Confirmation Interview
- Submit photocopy Baptism Certificate to the Religious Education Office
- Submit Sponsor Eligibility form to the Religious Education Office
- Submit payment
of $125 for Year 1 Students or $175 for Year 2 Students to Our Divine Savior Parish Office
- Drop off Monday-Thursday 10AM-3PM or
- Mail to: 566 E. Lassen Avenue, Chico, CA 95973
- Use "Confirmation Fees" in the One-time giving fund on our Online Giving page of the website
- Students preparing for Sacraments at Our Divine Savior who are registered parishioners with another Parish are respectfully asked to make an additional offering of $50
- Attend the Confirmation Orientation
- Wednesday, September 17th 7PM
Once these steps are completed candidates are able to participate in the 2025-2026 year of Confirmation Preparation.

When you successfully submit your registration you will conveniently be directed to our Online Giving page where you can pay the suggeted offertory for classes.
